PAINTING PROCEDURE

All of our products use the 2K single head aerosol technology. They are made up of two separate components which need to be mixed first. With SAMURAI products, you can mix the them by simple pressing the button followed by shaking the can for about two to three minutes. Once mixed, you can begin spraying. Spray in a steady, back and forth sweeping motion. Apply several thin layers rather than one thin coat, allowing 10-15 minutes flash time between each coat. You also should start at about 12 inches away from the surface, gradually moving closer.

For each product’s step-by-step guide, go to the videos on our product page.

Apart from our aerosol cans, you would most definitely need some masking tools to avoid overspray and enhance precision. We recommend you use a masking tape, masking paper, and plastic masking film. You also have to keep in mind that the prep work requires you to sand the surface and you might need to find a specific type of sandpaper. Other than that, you will not need any tool to spray our coatings.
